For an off-the-shelf solar hot water system, we offer the Sun Lover solar hot water collector. This collector is a 12 "U" tube, evacuated tube solar hot water collector. The collector is sufficient for providing 90 litres of hot water storage capacity. For example, for the 180 litre SUN READY cylinder, 2 collectors are recommended.

Each glass tube is double-walled with a vacuum between walls, like a vacuum flask, so as much of the captured heat is transferred to the water inside. Because the tubes are round, this collector will keep working well at many roof angles and directions, and on walls too.

The collectors are manufactured by OEM (original equipment manufacturer) TH Solar, the pioneer of evacuated tube collector technology. TH Solar R&D stretches over 30 years, and currently 7 million tubes and 300,000 systems are installed each year worldwide.
